A traditional attorney-drafted prenup often runs well into the thousands of dollars — per person — plus hourly rates for every revision. OurPrenup is one flat $599 for the couple, with the same state-specific rigor built in, and most couples finish in under two hours.

Per couple. One payment covers both of you — either partner can pay, and it unlocks the full experience for both accounts.

Are there any other fees?

No hourly fees and no hidden charges. The $599 covers everything listed above, including unlimited edits and regenerating your documents until you sign.

What about online e-sign & notarization?

That's coming soon and isn't part of today's price. For now, your agreement includes state-specific paper signing instructions at no extra cost — you sign with a notary, which is inexpensive and widely available.
